The labels have generally failed to evolve with the consumer but have instead opted for slave deals like 360 deals. They have no clue what to do in this digital era and they really believe that free downloads are what killed music sales.

Just copped ‘The Ecstatic’ the other day (sometimes it pays to live outside the US). Whilst I enjoy listening to Mos rap (and thanks God here is back to rapping again and lyrically he is still superior to most) I do find the album somewhat of a drag, this left off center bullshit is not working for me. There are however a lot gems on the album. “Life In Marvelous Times” is my joint.

The album is set to next Tuesday in the US and other parts of the world.
